Each sample sent to QCNW will need an individual request form from one of the options above. If none of these are suitable, please get in touch via the contact us page.
Testing requires a minimum of 2 weeks notice of sample arrival, and a supplied purchase order for the agreed testing. Testing/reporting may be delayed without a satisfactory purchase order.

Each sample you send to us for chemical testing will need a separate request form, fully completed Once completed, send a copy with the sample being sent to us, along with any relevant MSDS. |
